Managing Partner

Trevor Paladino, an entrepreneur and investor, is the founder and managing partner of Redwave Venture Partners, a private investment firm focusing on sports, technology, entertainment, consumer goods companies, and minority stakes in professional sports teams. With nearly two decades of experience in the sports and entertainment industry, Trevor has built a remarkable career marked by entrepreneurial success and a deep commitment to supporting emerging startups.

In 2007, at the age of twelve, Trevor launched his first sports memorabilia company, which would later be rebranded as The Players Locker. Over nearly 16 years, the company grew into an international sports memorabilia wholesale distributor supplying across the US, Canada, Australia, and Germany. The Players Locker secured exclusive autograph rights and game-worn rights to hundreds of professional athletes, established multi-year partnerships with dozens of Hall of Famers, and negotiated appearance and endorsement deals. The company was ultimately acquired in 2023.

Throughout his professional career, he has worked directly with thousands of professional athletes and continues to work with many to this day. At Redwave Venture Partners, Trevor focuses on supporting the growth of innovative startups by drawing on his extensive experience, network, and strategic insights. His investment approach prioritizes collaboration with founders, providing the guidance and resources necessary to navigate the challenges of building and scaling a successful business.

Based in Tampa, Florida, Trevor plays an active role in the entrepreneurial community. He serves as an advisor and board member for multiple portfolio companies, contributing to their strategic growth and development. Passionate about mentoring emerging entrepreneurs, Trevor continues to contribute to the growth of the next generation of leaders. Trevor earned a bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship from the University of Tampa and a master’s degree in Legal Studies from Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law.
